The Trinity of Terror Tour made a highly anticipated stop at the Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta, Georgia on November 25 during its third leg. The Roxy, which is situated directly across from the Atlanta Braves home stadium Truist Park, has been hosting concerts since 2017. It has a capacity of 3,600 people, and for Trinity of Terror, it was completely sold out!

Atreyu played first and ran a forty-minute long set full of their hits, including “Becoming the Bull”. This band did an incredible job hyping up the crowd for the sets to follow. While a lot of the younger members of the crowd seemed unfamiliar with their music, they were still interested in the band’s performance. The band even put on a short rendition of Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody“. They were genuine, showed their gratitude often, and put on a well-rounded show. If you’ve never seen this band live before, you are almost guaranteed to have a good time.

Black Veil Brides followed Atreyu with a fifty-minute-long set. The excitement for this band began before the set even started when drummer Christian Coma’s kit was uncovered. That energy spilled over into their show and only grew as they performed both new and old songs! Their set included an incredible violin performance of “Overture” from Jinxx and genuinely incredible musicianship all around. The frontman of the band, Andy Biersack, commands the stage with an intense presence and unmatched vocal talent. Despite a few stops to address safety issues, Black Veil Brides still managed to put on a fantastic show. They wrapped up with “In the End“. Each of their songs sounded just as incredible live as they do in the studio. I would even argue that they sound better, especially the live instrumentation!

Ice Nine Kills’ set was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. The fast-paced theatrical performance was themed around horror films and is an absolute dream for any horror fanatic! Many of the songs that they performed were inspired by specific films, and frontman Spencer Charnas did an incredible job playing them all on stage. Spencer performed the song “Hip To Be Scared“, which is inspired by ‘American Psycho’, in a clear raincoat with an axe in one hand and his microphone in the other. Aside from the dramatic performances, the band’s musicianship and energy were incredible. The crowd absolutely loved every second of it. Like Black Veil Brides, Charnas had to stop the show mid-song for crowd control purposes. Even so, it took no time for him and the band to get the crowds’ energy back where it started.

Motionless in White played the last set of the night. Their performance was a display of unreal musical talent accompanied by a visual performance from the Cherry Bombs, the self-proclaimed ‘Darlings of Rock n ’Roll’. Like the others, this set was full of energy from both the crowd and the band. The set list was a mixture of music from their newest release, “Scoring the End of the World“, and older music such as “Another Life” and their insane cover of “Somebody Told Me” by the Killers. Like Black Veil Brides and Ice Nine Kills, frontman Chris Motionless also had to stop the show due to excessive crowd surfing and moshing. He took the opportunity to show his gratitude and to wish a few crew members a happy birthday before returning to the set. Despite having to cut one song short, they still managed to finish out the evening with incredible energy. This band is not only talented— they are also genuine. It was all around a great show.

There are only about two weeks worth of shows left on this tour, but if you are in one of the remaining cities, I highly suggest you attend. It was unlike any other show I’ve ever attended, and each band displayed unmatched musicianship. It is well worth it!
