KRUPUNK Drops ‘Sick’ New Emo Anthem

Somebody call a doctor, because we’ve found “Sick” — a new single from Los Angeles-based alt rocker KRUPUNK that we can’t get out of our head. Warning, once you press play on this pop punk banger, you’ll find yourself listening again and again. Side effects of this emo anthem may include sporadic head banging and uncontrollable singing along to one hell of a catchy chorus: “But I’m sick and I’m only getting worse / living with my head down, trying to keep the sun out / baby, I wanna be like you, but tripping on my halo / dancing with a ghost for all my life.” The intensity of the bass, drums, guitars and vocals matches the emotional turbulence of the relatable subject matter: battling inner demons, the pain of self-reflection, and the struggle of feeling trapped in your own head. “Sick,” which is a terrific cut off of KRUPUNK’s upcoming debut album, is streaming on Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music. Check out two more singles he’s got streaming and connect with the emerging artist on Instagram.
