Ahead of their collaborative album ‘Send A Prayer My Way’, which is due for release on April 18th, Julien Baker and TORRES have shared another insight into the joint effort with the release of a new single ‘Tuesday’.

With TORRES taking the lead on this track, it delves into the guilt and shame caused by religious trauma while growing up Queer and discovering your own identity. The track hones in on the classic Americana sound, without losing any of either artist’s distinctive songwriting or vocal styles.

Tuesday, and the rest of the album as a whole is quintessentially country, with both artists soundtracking their struggles and emotions with this rich sound that will ensure that this album is sustained like all good country albums are.

This collaboration has been in the works since the two met while playing a show together all the way back in 2016, and with each respective artist having garnered fanfare for their own individual works, Send A Prayer My Way is sure to resonate with audiences of both artists.
