MOMOLAND is returning soon with group activities after a nearly two-year hiatus. To commemorate their return, the six-member idol band, which consists of members Hyebin, Jane, Nayun, JooE, Ahin, and Nancy, has released a series of nature-themed photos on social media.
In 2023, the group's contract with MLD Entertainment expired, and this year, they have returned with a new agency, Inyeon Entertainment, which is also the home of other talents such as actress Kim Hee Jung and soloist ONLEE.
Inyeon recently put out a statement regarding their new contract with the girl group: "MOMOLAND is a team with both talent and individuality, and we plan to expand their activities in various sectors, including full-group activities, domestic and international performances, and new song releases. We will spare no effort in providing comprehensive support so that they can take the stage with a more mature image."
As fans will know, MOMOLAND was originally formed in 2016 through the reality show Finding Momoland. After a series of lineup changes, the group would later have a string of hits, including their most famous track, "Bboom Bboom," which currently has over two hundred and thirty million streams on Spotify.
In response to their upcoming comeback, the group put out a statement saying, "We are genuinely happy and excited to greet our Merry as a full group again. We will work hard to repay you with better music and performances."
