Apink, who has always run towards the same goal from the same place, releases their 11th mini-album [RE : LOVE] on January 5, after approximately 2 years and 9 months.
The 11th mini-album [RE : LOVE] tells the story of a person who lives a glamorous and enviable life but suddenly feels empty, looking back 15 years ago and questioning, "What did I truly want?" It captures the realization of the emotion of "love," something incomparable to anything else. It's an album where you can feel the deep narrative of classic emotions that only Apink can deliver.
The title track, ‘Love Me More,’ combines modern and tinny EP sounds with 90s analog machine synth sounds, creating a song that evokes a wistful yet elegant, bright yet painful and longing emotion. It expresses warm confessions of love and mature, yet honest feelings without beating around the bush, through captivating lyrics.

In addition to the title track, the album includes five songs in total: ‘Fizzy Soda,’ which utilizes hip-hop sampling techniques to capture an old-school vibe; ‘Birthday Cake,’ which conveys the warm message, "You are like a birthday cake, a gift"; ‘Sunshine,’ which features impressive vocals and refreshing band sounds; and ‘Hold My Hand,’ a traditional Apink ballad that creates deep emotion through its grand and classic arrangement.
When we suddenly reminisce about the past, we reflect on our present selves. It's not because of anything specific, but rather a reflection on losing the essence of our present selves and reminiscing about our past selves. What I initially longed for was love, and now I don't want to forget or lose that feeling. Recalling the most cherished moments that everyone experiences, and echoing Apink's confession that even if eternity doesn't exist, they won't believe it, I hope that all these moments will last forever.
