The first Resident Evil game was released in 1996 and is credited with reviving the zombie genre as well as defining survival horror video games. That original game went on to rack up more than 5million sales worldwide and spawned a number of sequels including this year’s Resident Evil Requiem.

To celebrate 30 years of Resident Evil, game creators Capcom have teamed up with crossover metal stars Babymetal for a merch collaboration. Featuring artwork from Resident Evil artist Hinanana, fans can get their hands on two different t-shirts, a hoody and a range of keyrings.

After teasing the collab last year with a video featuring  Resident Evil Village’s baddie Alcina Dimitrescu aka Lady Di, pre-orders finally went live yesterday (May 25) via the official Babymetal store and will close on June 26. The band have also shared a video of them seeing the “cute” range for the first time. “We are very excited about this special collaboration,” said the band’s Moametal.
