At a guess I would say ‘Limbo’ might work best when taken deep into the night, so there is no distraction apart from our own thought processes and all the colouring that Rose Franco can apply to that swell of angst. There is healing here too, not least because the sparkle in the eye is strong in this act. So much so that ‘Limbo’ takes on several changes of tact, while always holding a poise that tells us we are dealing with greatness. Oh so lovely. KH
