Two Door Cinema Club have officially announced their first headline tour of the UK and Ireland in over seven years, set to launch in January 2027. The highly anticipated five-date arena run celebrates the 15th anniversary of their seminal 2010 debut album, Tourist History. The trio will perform the generational indie milestone in its entirety, revisiting era-defining anthems like “What You Know”, “Something Good Can Work”, “Undercover Martyn”, and “I Can Talk”, alongside a career-spanning selection of fan favourites and greatest hits that cemented their status as one of the defining indie bands of the late 2000s.
Announcing the tour, the band state,
It’s been over seven years since we’ve done a UK and Ireland tour. Each and every one of these cities holds a special place in our hearts, we’ve played almost every venue there is to play in each of them, now it’s time for the big ones. We can’t wait.
The tour marks a major return to massive stages for the band following a string of recent landmark milestones, including a headline performance at New York’s Madison Square Garden and a massive sold-out show in front of 25,000 fans at Crystal Palace Park. The upcoming January run focuses strictly on the biggest venues across major hubs. It kicks off at Dublin’s 3Arena on January 23rd, moves to Belfast’s SSE Arena on January 24th, and hits the Glasgow OVO Hydro on January 26th and Manchester’s AO Arena on January 27th, before wrapping up with a massive finale at London’s The O2 on January 28th, 2027.
To round out the anniversary milestone, the band is bringing a stellar rotating cast of special guests along for the road. Wrexham indie-rockers The Royston Club will open the Irish dates in Dublin and Belfast, while established indie favourites Circa Waves and rising newcomers Arkayla will handle the support duties for the major UK arena stops in Glasgow, Manchester, and London. Fan presales are scheduled to begin this Wednesday, July 1st at 9am BST, with the general ticket sale opening up on Friday, July 3rd via Ticketmaster.
