Following their continuous activities of performances, promotions, and releases. JO1 is set to embark on their North American Tour "ANIMAL" this fall. The five-venue tour will start in Toronto and end in Los Angeles.
JO1 was first formed in 2019 through the survival program Produce 101 Japan, and officially debuted on March 4th, 2020. Since then, they have had 19 major releases including: three studio albums, one compilation, and 10 major singles, to name a few. Their most recent accolade comes from the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, as they were nominated for World Artist of the Year, which was a momentous moment as they became the first Japanese artist to be nominated in a worldwide category at the iHeartRadio Music Awards.
The group is also set to release their first full English EP, ‘ANIMAL,” this fall. As of now, we know that Grammy and Emmy Award-winning producer Dem Joinz is involved in the project; he’s been involved with contributing for artists like JENNIE, EXO, NCT, and more. They have also released the Jacket Photos for each member along with Jacket Photos A, B, and C.
