Alexander Skarsgård’s wicker nipples have sent the internet into meltdown

    The trailer for new comedy-romance Wicker has sent the internet into a frenzy after it was revealed star Alexander Skarsgård plays a man made out of wicker.

    Olivia Coleman is the lead in the surreal tale, playing a lonely fisherwoman who commissions a craftsman (Peter Dinklage) to weave her a husband out of wicker. The result is a living wicker man, played by Skarsgård, who treats her with absolute devotion and sends her small town into a frenzy.

    The release of the trailer, which features love scenes between the two leads, has sparked many conversations online, particularly around the wicker suit that Skarsgård wears, which comes complete with wicker nipples.

    The majority of reactions were disbelief. “I can’t get over the wicker nipples,” wrote one person on X (formerly Twitter), while another simply wrote “wicker nipples?!?!?!?” with  crying emojis.
