Danish death/metallic hardcore practitioners LIFESICK today unleash their new stand alone single, “Hard To Kill,” a ceaselessly riotous auditory torrent that embodies the band’s celebrated ferocity.
Issues the band, “‘Hard To Kill’ blends a groovy death metal-inspired riff with fast hardcore energy before collapsing into a series of crushing breakdowns, closing with the statement ‘Hard to Kill!’ Lyrically, it’s pure defiance shaped by pain but impossible to break.”

LIFESICK was forged in 2014 by guitarists Nikolai Lund and Nicolai Lindegaard following the dissolution of their previous band, No Love. Created with a vision of delivering a more uncompromising and aggressive sound, the band quickly established itself within the Scandinavian hardcore scene.
The band’s name, suggested by vocalist Simon Shoshan, was inspired by life’s hardships and the challenges people face throughout their lives – a theme that continues to influence LIFESICK‘s music and identity.
Blending metallic hardcore, beatdown, and hardcore punk, LIFESICK is notorious for its intense live performances, crushing sound, and emotionally charged songwriting. Since their formation, the band has toured extensively and built a strong reputation through a series of hard-hitting releases exploring themes of struggle, conflict, and perseverance.
