London four-piece Saint Clair have unveiled their powerful new single, “Dreams,” marking their first fresh material since the release of their debut EP, Something To Be Said, in July.

A longtime focal point of the band’s live shows, “Dreams” builds from fragile, bedroom-pop intimacy into a soaring, distortion-heavy catharsis. Written by frontman Toby as a reflective look back at his formative years, the track captures the role music plays as a vital emotional outlet.

Reflecting on the personal history embedded in the new single, Toby shared:

“‘Dreams’ somehow feels more relevant to Saint Clair now than ever. It is a reflection on that period of time and the person who I was; a song that takes me back to the bedroom I grew up in. Music became my outlet, and ‘Dreams’ is our homage to that.”

Formed after meeting at student halls in Wembley and completed in 2024 with the addition of drummer Beth, the quartet, comprising Toby, guitarist Lawrence, bassist Adam, and Beth, have rapidly built momentum across the UK live circuit. Following early studio sessions with engineer Andrea Cozzaglio (Young Fathers, mary in the junkyard) and summer festival appearances at Tramlines, Truck, Wilderness, and The Great Escape, the group have carved out a distinct sound centred around restraint, negative space, and dynamic shifts.

The release of “Dreams” arrives alongside an official visualiser, released just ahead of Saint Clair’s completely sold-out debut headline tour later this month, which includes stops in Brighton, Milton Keynes, Bristol, and London’s Shacklewell Arms. “Dreams” is available to stream across all digital platforms now.
