Surely, you’ve heard of K-pop by now, but Korean-born, Toronto-based artist Peach Luffe is among the exciting new voices in the K-indie movement that spawned in the early ‘90s, fusing a mix of genres like rock, folk, hip-hop, and electronic music. The project is the vision of singer-songwriter Jong Lee, and his latest single “What’s on your mind” is a catchy, dreamy taste of what the K-indie ambassador offers listeners who discover his whimsical brand of alt rock, fronted by his gentle, dynamic vocals.
