• Farm Vile bounties at the Makeshift Chalet, save at a bounty board, reload the game and repeat
• Complete every side mission

These should help you race towards max level a lot faster than if you are just running around, completing world events or trying to find key targets to kill. For the most part, if you complete every side mission and main mission, you should have no problem reaching max level.

However, if you do need that extra boost, the Makeshift Chalet’s bounty board will respawn Vile bounties fairly often when you reload the game. You can then go and kill the target, save and quit the game at the bounty board to repeat this process. It isn’t the most interesting gameplay in the world, but it is one of the fastest methods to rank up your characters quickly.
