We were on the look out for a little bit of tending-to and going by the steady nature of the beats from Two Headed Horse they were a good shout. Folksters with a singer who draws from an old school sense of romance despite all the broken things happening all around. In effect ‘Waking Blow’ makes like a comforting arm around the shoulder and one that has sustenance because this is soul that has a lasting effect.
