J-pop duo YOASOBI‘s much-anticipated new album, THE BOOK for, is out today. Listen/share HERE. The album features the new original track “Orion,” inspired by a short story from the acclaimed game Overwatch.
The final installment of the duo’s beloved THE BOOK series that has continued since the group’s formation, its title plays on “4” and “for,” carrying the heartfelt message, “for everyone who receives our music.” The comma (,) at the end of the title symbolizes that YOASOBI’s story is far from over and will continue to unfold into the future.
The album’s special Overwatch Edition is also available now, including a U.S.-exclusive vinyl edition featuring limited-edition jacket artwork created in collaboration with Overwatch. Beginning June 30, players will also be able to experience YOASOBI’s signature storytelling and music in-game through exclusive cosmetics and rewards.
