It’s at 2 minutes 44 seconds into her track Gotta Get Up that Alice Rose Lyn arrives in my world. The twangling bends of her guitar strings cut through the silence of my early morning room, and her guttural roar courses around my body and heads straight for my heart.
Upon further investigation, I discover her musical output began in 2025; in less than 2 years, she has quietly amassed a body of work that some might call prolific. There are two EPs and one full-length album alongside 10 singles; while there is some obvious duplication with waterfall releases, there is enough here to confirm my instincts: Alice Rose Lyn is a talent that deserves your prolonged attention.
