01. Birthday Wish
The title track, "Birthday Wish," is a pop song that blends Moombahton, Afro-beats, and Future House. It unfolds with a compelling structure: moving from distorted bass and African-inspired rhythms into an intuitive, catchy chorus; transitioning into a calm, stripped-back break featuring only piano and vocals; and building up once more through a bridge accented by narration. The lyrics romantically capture the act of making a heartfelt wish for one another, now that they have finally come face-to-face.
02. Kerosene
"Kerosene" is a "MIXXPOP" track—a fusion of alternative dance-pop and hyperpop elements—characterized by dynamic shifts in both the instrumentation and the vocals throughout the song. The pre-chorus builds tension, while the choruses in the first, second, and third verses each offer a distinct appeal. The attitude of moving forward fearlessly—even in intense situations, and at times through self-sacrifice—is captured using the visual imagery and thermal qualities associated with "kerosene."
03. RudE TaLK
"RudE TaLK" is a dark pop track that contrasts an aggressive chorus with verses that evoke a sense of nostalgia. A rap sequence, delivered in a low, understated tone over a dynamic rhythm, adds a chic flair. The lyrics showcase a sharp wit, serving as a direct, conversational warning to those who spread gossip without truly knowing the person they are talking about.
04. Sing to the Moon (LILY, HAEWON)
"Sing to the Moon" is the first unit track by Lily and Haewon—a ballad-pop song defined by sweet, melodic vocals unfolding over a calm piano arrangement. Members Lily and Haewon participated in writing the lyrics, which compare a loved one to the moon, expressing their feelings with sincerity and beauty.
05. Hot ‘n Unbothered (SULLYOON, BAE)
"Hot ‘n Unbothered" is the first unit track by Sullyoon and Bae. It features a Latin-inspired groove built on a dembow rhythm, layered over a minimalist 808 bassline. R&B-style vocals combined with hyperpop elements in the latter half of the song make for an engaging listening experience. Members Sullyoon and Bae contributed to the lyrics, which depict a relaxed attitude—remaining unbothered even when the surrounding environment becomes noisy or chaotic because of them.
06. WHIP (JIWOO, KYUJIN)
"WHIP" is the first unit track by Jiwoo and Kyujin. Built on a hip-hop foundation with an uptempo synth sound, the song blends fast-paced rapping with an addictive pop melody, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a mashup. Driven by an infectious vocal loop, the track builds tension as various instruments, vocals, and rap parts weave in and out, chasing one another. The lyrics boldly and candidly express Jiwoo and Kyujin’s confident attitude toward life. Both members participated in writing the lyrics, with Kyujin also contributing to the rap-making, adding further significance to the track.
