October 21st in Atlanta, Georgia welcomed the autumn temperatures and 7-member boy group, CLOSE YOUR EYES, for the first stop of their BEYOND YOUR EYES tour in North America. Hosted at local venue Variety Playhouse and presented by J&B Entertainment.

Members MINWOOK, YEOJUN, SUNGMIN, SEUNGHO, KENSHIN, and KYOUNGBAE open the show with sentimental song "Close Your Eyes." The members and the crowd are cast into the dark as a singular spotlight lands on each singer during their verses and angelic harmonies. Each time a members voice rang through the room, fans enthusiastically shared in a quick cheer and then were immediately enraptured into silence as they listened to their artists' vocals live.

While JINGXIANG was in attendance and came to the stage briefly to greet CLOSER (fandom name), he was not performing due to recovering from an illness.

It was when the lights came up on the stylized suits and the pop sound of "X" where fans were truly able to let loose on their excitement of the evening. The individualized accessories per member and the sleek choreography brought the first set of songs together seamlessly. The joy was also apparent on every member's face; Kenshin's beaming smile is sure to be etched on everyone's memories.

This 'Beyond Your Eyes' tour follows the release of their 4th mini album 256th Note. The album challenged their sound, adding a sort of rhythmic jazz feel to the pop and R&B they've released since debut. Two songs from this album included on the setlist were "Open Your Eyes," somewhat of a love letter to themselves and their journey as a group, and "Drop That," the title track that brings energetic choreography with motivational lyrics to share in celebration on the inaugural night of the tour.

The clarity of their vocal skills, synchronicity, and work ethic are glaringly evident each time they reappear from a costume change or recover from a ment between sets. Fan favorites "CHIC" and "SOB" rocked the venue in bass, choreography, sunglasses, and fan energy. And the encore winded the show down with "Subtitled," allowing CLOSER and Close Your Eyes to bask in the moment together.

Pre- & post-show included opportunities for fans to meet and greet with the artists outside of their stage performances. Snapshots, selfies, and fan-sign events allowed CLOSER to share their passion and love of Close Your Eyes' music with the members themselves.

Whether listeners like pop or easy listening, fans will find themselves swinging to the R&B stylings of Close Your Eyes. Don't miss them on the rest of their tour! Get tickets for Orlando, Chicago, New York, or Toronto at https://www.jnbglobal.net/collections/close-your-eyes-general-admission.
